The Resort

The Condado De Alhama Golf Resort was built in 2008. At the Centre of the Resort is the Al Kasar Commercial Centre where you will find several Bars and Restaurants.

(Currently under refurbishment but fully open!)

The Resort boasts the signature Alhama Golf Course designed by Jack Nicklaus, which is regularly voted in the top 50 Golf Courses in Spain.

The Supermarket

On Site there is a large Spar Supermarket, Which is open every day except Christmas Day and New Years Day. This is extremely well stocked and reasonably priced Supermarket that caters for the 700 permanent Residents on the resort, so there is no need to leave the resort if you decide against car hire.

The Resort has 24 individual Gardens, all of which have their own communal Swimming Pool and or Children's Play Area. A Team of Gardener's keep the Gardens well presented at all times.

Condado De Alhama has 24 hour Security and is entered via a Security Gate.

An Excellent Resort for both Golfers, Couples and Families alike.

The Resort is just a 30 Minute drive from Murcia International Airport, or a 1 Hour drive from Alicante Airport.

A 20 Minute drive will take you to the Beaches at Mazarron.
